I cannot bring myself to believe this. He was a wonderful man and a true friend. Cymon, Yasmin and Pascale you are all in my thoughts. Truly at a loss for words. Why must the good die young. May the peace of the universe encompass you all now and forevermore.

I met Jean in 1996, when he drove a tough race car, wore a pony tail and was simply one of the coolest guys I ever met. He was kind to my son, always willing to teach. We laughed over good beer many times and I loved his spirit, so genuine, so kind but would also give you a peice of his mind. We were family and I’m more enriched to have known him. Our first meeting and out last meeting was the same, we laughed. Heaven just got another angel.

Jean was more than a brother in-law he was more like a brother, he always made time to help. He accepted me, laughed with me and sometimes we would sit in silence and enjoy one another’s company. I will always carry him in my heart and cherish the memories. My sister was so blessed to have shared her life with such an amazing person. If you knew him you couldn’t help but love him. Thank you for my nieces, thank you for completing my sister, Jean was a dope dude and I will miss him always. -Dian.

My closest friend of 35 years.......I considered him a brother and will miss him greatly. He was a truly great but humble man, tireless worker, great American, loyal husband, and adoring father. He was the best friend a man could ask for, and as mentioned in his obituary, was always willing to help anyone in need. He will be truly missed, always loved, and always remembered.
