Marla A. Brearton, 74, of Port Charlotte, passed away October 9, 2021, at Englewood Community Hospital. She was born December 18, 1946, in Cincinnati, OH to the late Dominic and Geneva Hubbard-Augustine.

Marla held her faith close to her heart. She was a member of St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church, Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Lexington, South Carolina and also a member of the 700 Club. She enjoyed sitting in the sun and making ceramics. She would often make beautiful religious icons for her family. She will be remembered as a devoted Christian, as well as a kind and loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.

Survivors include her daughter, Justina Roe and husband James, son, Donald Brearton and wife Jodi, brothers; Russell Augustine, Dominic Augustine, Joe Augustine, and Richard Augustine, grandchildren; Trista, Joshua, Andra, Jenna, and Donnie Ray, great grandchildren, Isabella and Delilah, as well as many other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at Farley Funeral Home 5900 S. Biscayne Dr. North Port Fl. 34287 (941) 426-2880
