Nancy Ann Sasher, aka Nan, has left her legacy on the face of this earth. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard Wayne and Mary Louise Rhoades, brothers, Ronnie and Reggie. Nan was born in Hagerstown, IN on Nov. 26, 1937. She is survived by her lifetime friend and companion, Dede Fahrney, son Steve and daughter-in-law Kathy Sasher, Venice, Fl., son Brad and daughter-in-law Maria Sasher. Her working career was insurance sales for State Farm in Ohio and Florida then worked part time doing what the love of her life was working at a plant nursery doing magical things with her green thumb. Nan had many good traits and experiences throughout her life including in later years traveling by RV throughout the United States and enjoying many National Parks and beautiful sceneries. Nan’s sense of humor will be greatly missed by family and many friends that she made throughout her lifetime. Up until the last 3 years Nan traveled with Dede’s Golden Gals Senior Softball Team to tournaments and established she was their Professional Spectator and Cheerleader. Her valiant fight to try to conquer the deadly illness of cancer and COPD has made her a warrior in so many ways.
