We met Paul and Ernestine in the Newcomers and almost instantly became part of his Pelican Point 19th Holers. A small part of that league is still in existence. Our sympathy to the entire family.

Grandpa, I will always remember your hugs. I learned so much from you about life . The best memory I have is when you took Tiffany and I to your work at channel 2. You let us sit at the news anchors desk and we pretended to report news. You gave us some wonderful childhood memories. I was blessed to be loved by you. I love you so much grandpa! Xoxo

Saying goodbye to our parents and family loved ones is something we expect to do but are never really prepared for. We always believe we’ll have more time. I’m so thankful to have spent an afternoon with him during our trip in 2018. It was important to me and we had a wonderful visit and conversation. The 20 plus years melted away as my Uncle Paul made me laugh sharing memories and stories. I will cherish that day always. Please know that while we are far apart, myself and my family are holding you close and love you all so much. May God bless you and give you peace.
