William J. Kiely, Jr., 63, of North Port, FL and formerly of Franklin Township, NJ died on March 31, 2021. He was born on November 13, 1957 in Elizabeth, NJ to the parents of William Joseph and Jane Kiely. He was a hard working man who spent his career as a Field Service Engineer for Kodak. He loved to spend his time outdoors. He always took advantage of every opportunity to enjoy the day. His hobbies included fishing, kayaking, sitting on the beach reading a book, and he always knew he could fix anything that was broken.

He is survived by his loving mother, Jane Kiely; three children; Lindsy and her husband Gregor, Kristen Kiely, and Joseph (Alana) Kiely; five grandchildren, William, Monica, Erica, Brandan, Rory; two brothers, James (Jackie) Kiely, Douglas (Vickie) Kiely.

William was preceded in death by his father, William Joseph Kiely.

Services will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Port Charlotte, FL on Wednesday April 7, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery in Piscataway, NJ at a later date. Farley Funeral Home in North Port is in charge of arrangements.

May William, rest in peace. I never met him although ALL THAT I HAVE HEARD of him that he was a good man, hard working kind and fantastic father, son and human being !! I will be saying a prayer for him. And all the family that dearly loved him x x and that are in deep pain just now. Take comfort in that he is no longer in pain and looking down on you all with all the love in his heart. God bless him and all the family xx Hilary Louden.
